1. Made by very narrow aluminium metallized film twisted with very thin nylon or polyester yarn.

2. Fiber Content: 61%/50% Metallized film+39%/50% Polyester Or Nylon yarn(20D, 30D, etc.).

3. The product is elegant. Widely used in trademarks, ribbons, warp knitting, yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics, embroidery, sweaters, Christmas products. etc.

4. Made-to-order and Dye-to-order is supported.

5. Width: 1/69″, 1/85″, 1/100″, 1/110″.

6. Thickness: 12mic, 15mic, 20mic, 23mic, 25mic.

7. Packaging: 485g/cone, 500g/cone.

Chemical Test Results

Metallic yarns produced by Fortune Cat^® Metallic Yarn Factory has better resistance to boiling water and better antifouling performance than any other similar manufacturers.

Ironing: 110℃, 15 seconds

Dry heat: 100℃, 60 seconds

Acid treatment: P. H.=4.5, 0.1% acetic acid, 60℃, 30 minutes, 2% oxalic acid, 60℃, 10 minutes

Boiling water: 100℃, 20 minutes

Water washing: 0.5% soapy water, 0.2% sodium carbonate, 60℃, 30 minutes

Friction: 200g, 100 times

Dry cleaning: trichloro ethylene, tetrachloroethylene, light gasoline 25℃, 30 minutes

Steam: 95℃, 10 minutes

Boiling (suitable for nylon, tetoron, rayon, acetic acid weaving, cotton, etc.): soda powder, 1 g/l, 60℃, 30 minutes
